Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Honors Toyon with Cogswell Award
Toyon Research Corporation, Goleta, CA has been awarded the 2020 James S. Cogswell Outstanding Industrial Security Achievement Award by the U.S. Department of Defense, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). This means Toyon is in the top 0.5% of more than 12,500 cleared defense contractor facilities in the National Industrial Security Program.
The annual Cogswell Award is the most prestigious honor DCSA bestows on cleared industry contractors. All winners have received two or more consecutive SUPERIOR industrial security review ratings and show sustained excellence and innovation in security program management.
