Quality Assurance Program

Toyon recognizes that the best approach to getting new business is to provide high quality work to all customers. Our approach is to enforce quality through a vigorous review process.

All Toyon products must be reviewed by senior personnel, including Task Leads, Program Managers, and Chief Scientists. Reviewers are charged with ensuring that all products meet or exceed the customer's expectations.

In addition to the review process, Toyon utilizes several other QA strategies, including:

• Providing all Program Managers with direct access to top management to ensure project resource needs are met
• Providing all Program Managers with direct access to senior staff to ensure project technical needs are met
• Rewarding personnel for outstanding achievement with bonuses
• Paying for continued employee education to foster their skill sets and advance professionally

Approach to Guarantee Responsiveness and Cooperation to Customers

Toyon's program management structure – a Program Manager supported by Task Leads – helps ensure that the Government can quickly and simply contact Toyon with any change to requirements or tasking.

Each project and subtask has a staff member designated to work as a customer interface to make certain that Toyon can be responsive to customer requests, and cooperative in all interactions.

Approach to Problem Resolution

The Program Manager will work closely with Government representatives to resolve any problems. When necessary, principal leads from subcontractors will be included. Should a problem not be resolved satisfactorily, it will be referred to the President of Toyon, Dr. Charles T. Nardo.
